The services

We provide a set of free spacecraft-engineering calculators, ENKI — a conversational AI design studio that runs those calculators with you — an AI explainer for tool results, and optional HawkLogic accounts that save your work. Commercial products such as ICARUS OS are sold under separate written agreements, not these terms.

Engineering outputs are first-order screening

Every number the calculators, the compliance tools, and ENKI produce is a first-order engineering screening estimate, computed from published models and the inputs you supply. These outputs are not a substitute for a full mission analysis, independent review by a qualified engineer, or institutional-grade analysis tools — a compliance screening result, for example, supports a filing but is not a substitute for a full ORSAT-class assessment or a regulator's own determination.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it for hardware decisions, regulatory filings, safety cases, or flight operations.

AI-generated content

ENKI and the tool explainer generate responses with AI models. AI-generated text, diagrams, and design suggestions can be incomplete or wrong — including in ways that look confident and plausible. They are provided for engineering exploration, not as professional advice, and the disclaimer above applies to them in full.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under it. You can stop using the services at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans, billing & refunds

The calculators are free. Where a paid plan or a prepaid credit pack is offered, you buy it from Dodo Payments, not from us. Dodo acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller for that transaction, it operates the checkout page, and your purchase is governed by Dodo's own terms, which are also presented to you on the checkout page before you pay. Any tax that applies to your purchase is determined, collected and remitted by Dodo, and is shown to you at checkout.

Because Dodo is the seller, the charge on your card or bank statement is Dodo's and may be shown under their name rather than ours — so an unfamiliar line on your statement after buying from us is most likely that.

A paid plan runs for one month from the date of payment and does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again, so there is no subscription to cancel — the plan simply lapses at the end of the month. Your billing portal, linked from your account, holds your payment method and invoices.

Refunds, order questions, and payment disputes are handled by Dodo as the seller — start in the billing portal linked from your account. If you can't resolve something there, email support@hawklogicsystems.com and we will take it up with Dodo on your behalf. Nothing here affects any refund or cancellation right the consumer law of your country gives you.

If we offer prepaid credits, credits you buy do not expire, and we will tell you at the point of purchase what they include. Credits are usable only inside the services — they are not a gift card, stored value, or a payment instrument, they carry no cash value, and they cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Where we offer the services

We offer the services in a defined set of countries only. Access from outside that set may be refused, and we may change the set at any time without notice. Nothing here is an offer to supply the services in a country where we do not operate, and using a proxy, a VPN or any other means to present yourself as being in a supported country does not create one.

The restriction reflects where we choose to operate and our obligations under applicable trade, sanctions and export-control law. If you reach a page telling you the services are not available in your region, that is this restriction and not a fault.

Access controls of this kind rely on network geolocation, which is approximate. Being served, or being refused, is not a representation by us about where you are or about your legal status anywhere.

The AI features — ENKI and the tool explainer — additionally depend on our AI-model provider, and are available only in the regions that provider supports. That set can be narrower than the set of countries in which we offer the rest of the services.

Sanctions, export control & end use

By using the services you represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not named on — nor owned or controlled by anyone named on — a sanctions or denied-party list applicable to you or to us.

You also agree not to use the services, or anything they produce, in connection with a prohibited end use — including the design, development, or deployment of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, chemical, or biological), missile delivery systems, or any military end use prohibited by law applicable to you or to us.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to believe any of the above is not the case. If you are unsure whether your intended use is affected, ask us at support@hawklogicsystems.com before relying on the services.

Acceptable use, quotas & abuse

Free use of the AI features is subject to fair-use quotas, denominated in turns, which we may adjust. To keep the services available to everyone, you agree not to:

• circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas — for example by rotating network addresses or creating multiple accounts;
• access the AI features by bulk automation or scraping, or resell access to them;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the services, or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
• use the services for anything unlawful, or in violation of export controls applicable to you;
• present an output as a certified, warranted, or HawkLogic-endorsed analysis.

We may throttle, suspend, or block access — including an account — that violates these rules or degrades the service for others.

Intellectual property

The site, the tools, ENKI, and all HawkLogic content, branding, and software are owned by HawkLogic Systems Private Limited or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond ordinary use of the services. Open-source components we publish (such as the ICARUS OS core kernel) are licensed under their own open-source licenses, which govern those components.

Your inputs and designs remain yours. The mission parameters, calculator inputs, and conversations you create belong to you. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to operate the services — including sending conversation content to our AI-model provider to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

No warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkLogic Systems Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or missions, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the services, including reliance on any output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free tools, is nil).

If you use the services as a consumer, nothing in these terms — including this section and the warranty disclaimer above — excludes or limits rights or remedies that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a right applies, it applies in addition to, and prevails over, anything to the contrary here.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. Where practical, we will notify you at your registered email. Sections that by their nature survive — the disclaimers, liability limits, and intellectual-property terms — survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the services.

The statutory particulars of the company operating these services. These are also shown in the site footer. They are deliberately absent from page metadata, structured data and marketing copy.
